Paul Smith

Paul founded Smith Company in 1991. With over 30 years experience in Toronto 's commercial real estate marketplace, Paul has led Smith Company from our inception to where we are today. Paul is the driving force behind such major initiatives as our comprehensive proprietary database of commercial properties and our ISO 9001 service quality certification. Paul holds the CCIM and SIOR designation.

Thomas Muha

Tom concentrates on office leasing and sales within Toronto's downtown core and downtown east and west markets. With over ten years experience, Tom has extensive knowledge of the marketplace and has completed office leasing and sales assignments for a wide range of organizations including the municipal and provincial governments. Tom is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and he actively participates in NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) activities.

John Gordon

John graduated as a Chartered Surveyor in 1973. Following four years of experience with Shepherds in Dundee and Aberdeen, Scotland. He emigrated to Canada in early 1977 to join Knowlton Realty in its Calgary office. Since then John has devoted his career to creative client driven solutions specializing in property investment and gained one of the broadest experiences in the industry. In addition to Scotland and Calgary, John spent the 1980’s in Toronto, 1990’s in Los Angeles and returned to Toronto in 2001.

Tony Hamilton

Tony is an award-winning broker whose main focus is working with landlords, although he also handles the office needs of a select group of tenants. He has consistently been recognized for his sales excellence with Awards of Excellence. Tony has worked in the Commercial Real Estate field for 29 years. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this position.

Adam Walman

Adam Walman is a graduate of the University of Guelph's prestigious Housing and Real Estate Management Program. He is currently completing his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation and is an active member of CoreNet Global. As an office leasing specialist, Adam has represented both landlords and a diverse selection of tenants. In his spare time, Adam volunteers in the Jewish community.

Clarke Struthers

Clarke Struthers has been working in Toronto’s commercial real estate market since 2006. In 2009 Clarke joined Smith Company as a sales representative and worked along with the firm’s three senior partners. Having successfully represented organizations ranging from the provincial government to Toronto based businesses, Clarke has demonstrated his ability to recognize each clients specific needs throughout the leasing process. Clarke actively works with landlords and tenants focusing on renewals, renegotiations, expansions, dispositions and relocations.

Dana Fernald
