To further demonstrate our commitment to service excellence, Smith Company pursued and was awarded ISO 9002 Certification in October 1998, thereby becoming the first real estate brokerage firm in North America to achieve this certification. 

ISO 9000 is a series of international standards for quality that governs the overall management of a business entity.  This set of standards requires companies to say what they do, do what they say - and prove it.

 ISO 9000 asks organizations to define their purpose, objectives, and market and ensure their objectives match their core competencies.  Sustained growth is tantamount to Smith Company's long-term objectives, and this will only occur if we continue to provide service excellence.
